Our bar & grill, the Woodlynn Hills Pub, is located inside our historic farm complex which was once a working dairy farm. Freeman Barber operated the farm in our location until the early 1970s at which time he built Barberlea Golf Course, now home to Greenway Trails Campground. We’ve come a long way from pitching hay and milking cows in our dining room! Later Freeman worked alongside his son Russell Barber to build Woodlynn Hills Golf Course. He’d regularly be seen on his red Farmall tractor or around the clubhouse whistling a happy tune. Ever wonder about our name, Wood'Lynn' Hills? Lynn Barber, was Freeman's father. The course, and pub are named in his honor. We are looking to continue displaying Freeman and Lynn's legacy in as many ways as we can!
